Spiritual Properties

Rose helps to expand the heart space and makes one feel at peace. Sweet orange aids in feeling happy and light. Vanilla is all loving, and aids in calling in love in all forms. Sage clears and cleanses, thus clearing away feelings of any residual pain felt within the heart space. Lavender releases pressure by expanding the aura, thus releasing burdens and creating the essential feeling of being free. Peridot has been used to cleanse and stimulate the heart chakra while providing a layer of protection.

Usage

This blend was created to help you increase all levels of self love, to help you love you for you. Whenever you are feeling insecure, stop and take a moment to apply the oil to any or all parts of your body you feel needs more love. Shake well before use.

Ceremony

Apply behind the ears, or to the chest and breathe deeply. If you can, try to hold each breath for a count of 7, inhale, hold, exhale (audibly as the vibration releases pent up energy in your throat chakra, and thus increases your vibration). This simple exercise should take about 2 minutes and leave you feeling loved.
